We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be held by underage individuals will be immediately closed with forfeiture of all funds and winnings.
You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. fafajp operates under international gaming licenses and does not claim to be licensed or approved by Indonesian regulatory authorities. You are permitted to hold only one Account with fafajp. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts opened under false names are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.
Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in Indonesia under certain interpretations of the Public Gambling Act 1867 and related legislation. fafajp operates internationally and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling within Indonesia. By using this Service, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for compliance with local laws and regulations.
To access gaming services on fafajp, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify fafajp immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. fafajp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
fafajp employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify user identity and prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You agree to provide documentary evidence of your identity when requested, which may include:
Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. Verification processing typically takes 1-24 hours during WIB business hours.
All information provided during registration and subsequent updates must be truthful, accurate, and complete. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
fafajp accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.
Deposits are typically processed instantly for major Indonesian banks during WIB business hours. Off-peak and inter-bank transfers may take 5-20 minutes. fafajp does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may apply their standard transaction charges.
Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. You may not withdraw to third-party accounts. The withdrawal method must match your verified identity documents. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account tier and verification status.
Verified accounts receive priority processing with most withdrawals completed within 15 minutes during WIB business hours. Unverified accounts, first-time withdrawals, and large amounts may require manual review and take up to 24 hours. Weekend and Indonesian public holiday withdrawals are processed on the next business day.
In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Deposits that are immediately withdrawn without gaming activity will be flagged for review. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or suspicious patterns.
You may not deposit funds that belong to a third party or allow third parties to withdraw from your Account. All deposits must originate from payment methods in your own name. Violation of this provision will result in account closure and funds being returned to the original payment source.
fafajp offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special event promotions. Bonuses are offered at fafajp's sole discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions which must be accepted before the bonus is credited.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered. Wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x depending on the specific promotion. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino and table games contribute 10%, sports bets contribute based on odds with minimum qualifying odds of 1.50 decimal.
While an active bonus is in your Account, the maximum bet per round, spin, or wager is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified. Exceeding the maximum bet limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, your bonus balance and any winnings from bonus funds will be forfeited. Only your deposited funds and winnings from those funds will be withdrawable.
fafajp reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if we determine that bonus abuse has occurred. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting with other users, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, using software or bots to manipulate gaming outcomes, and any other form of fraud or deceit.
Each bonus has a validity period within which wagering requirements must be completed. Typical validity periods range from 7 to 30 days. Unused bonuses and incomplete wagering requirements expire after this period and are forfeited.
All game outcomes on fafajp are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games and sports betting, by actual events. fafajp does not control or influence game outcomes. RNG software is regularly audited by independent testing agencies to ensure fairness and randomness.
Each game has specific rules, odds, and payout structures which are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing bets. In the event of a dispute regarding game rules or outcomes, fafajp's determination based on game logs and provider data is final.
Sports bets are settled based on official results from the relevant sports league or governing body. Settlement times vary by sport and event. Live betting markets may be temporarily suspended during significant in-game events. fafajp reserves the right to void bets if there are obvious errors in odds, match information, or if match-fixing or other irregularities are suspected.
In the event of system malfunction, communication errors, or game software failures that affect game outcomes, fafajp reserves the right to void affected bets and restore Account balances to their pre-malfunction state. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users and resolve issues promptly.
If you experience a disconnection during active gameplay, any completed game rounds stand, and any uncompleted rounds will be processed according to the game provider's disconnection policy. Funds bet on incomplete rounds are typically returned to your Account balance.

While fafajp makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. fafajp is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
Games and sports betting markets on fafajp are provided by third-party suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. While these providers are reputable and their software is regularly audited, fafajp is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising from third-party game software.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. fafajp disclaims all warranties including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, fafajp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of fafajp shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim.
fafajp shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, cyber attacks, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.
fafajp reserves the right to suspend your Account at any time for investigation if we suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals until the investigation is complete.
fafajp may terminate your Account immediately if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority. Upon termination, any remaining genuine balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to fafajp.
You may request voluntary Account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. fafajp reserves the right to charge a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 or the remaining balance, whichever is lower, on dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Service, you must first contact fafajp customer support via live chat, WhatsApp, or email at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your issue promptly and fairly. Most disputes are resolved within 7-14 business days.
If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through customer support, you may escalate it by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute Resolution Request." Include your account details, description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. A senior manager will review your case and respond within 30 business days.
fafajp's decision on any dispute, based on review of account logs, game data, and other relevant evidence, is final and binding. We retain records of all transactions, bets, and Account activity which serve as conclusive evidence in dispute resolution.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fafajp's operating license is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in Indonesia and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws. fafajp operates internationally and makes no claims regarding the legality of online gambling within Indonesia.
